Prices are shown in Euros for reference only, all property transactions in Brazil are required by law to be conducted in National Currency (Brazilian Reais) your purchase agreement will state the agreed price in Reais.

To reserve your property you will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the full purchase price within an agreed timeframe and sign the purchase agreement, and contract.
All currency transaction fees are at the cost and responsibility of the purchaser.

Holiday Home Payment Schedule

First Payment of 10% deposit to secure your chosen property.
Second Payment of 25% due within 30days of signing your reservation contract.
Third Payment of 25% due 60 days after second payment above.
Fourth Payment of 25% due 60 days after third payment above.
Fifth and final Payment of 15% due at completion and hand over to purchaser.

Legal and documentation charges and all bank transfer costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
