We have been operating in Praia de Pipa as a Pousada (small B&B hotel) for 5 years and have witnessed a phenomenal growth in the number of visitors from all over the world. A large number of our visitors return on a regular basis and dream of owning a holiday home here, but for various reasons, the availability of land close to the town and beaches, the difficulty of construction in a foreign land, the problems with leaving your property empty, mortgage/finance etc. for most it remains a dream....... until now!

In total the condo will consist of 4 blocks with 8 x two bedroom bungalow units on the ground floor with 8 x one bedroom apartments on the upper floor, and will have capacity to accomadate up to a maximum of 48 people.
Design of the Holiday Homes
The Priaia de Pipa resort was designed by the owner and actualised by a top Rio de Janeiro architect, all the apartments are built surrounding a fantastic pool area, with tropical gardens to complete the private and tranquil ambience.
While designing the floor plan of the unique hexagonal shaped holiday apartments, we have formulated a spacious internal layout that provides privacy to the sleeping rooms and ample open access to the social areas.
The base layout is a 73 square meter(internal) 99 square meter total area apartment with one master bedroom complete with full en-suite bathroom with shower, a large lounge area with open plan kitchen facility and a second bathroom. The lounge in the one bed apartments are provided with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.Access is via a hardwood stair and a spacious varanda furnished with the customary Brazilian hammock.
The two bedroom bungalow on the ground floor is slightly larger in floor area and varanda, with a total of 102 square meters. Both bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with showers, lounge with kitchen area on open plan, a comfortable spacious 2 bedroom bungalow a few steps from the pool.
The internal layout of the 2 bedroom has been adapted to give a very flexible rental combination, the second bedroom has an independant entry door from the rear of the building and a double door set up between this and the lounge, which results in the ability to rent this second bedroom on it's own, completely independant of the rest of the apartment, ideal for hotel use.
All the properties will be finished to European standards, e.g. Hot (solar powered) water, telephone, internet WIFI, safety deposit box, TV, A/C units, built in wardrobes & fitted kitchens.
All furnishings and fittings are supplied in the price** even down to the knives and forks in the fitted kitchen and the sheets on the beds, when you pick up your keys your apartment is ready to use.
The project includes a new pool area with a new poolside bar, reception 24/7, controlled entrance and parking.
A major advantage in our condominium we provide full Hotel service to guests including linen and towel service, cleaning and of course breakfast Brazilian style, you are free to enjoy your holiday.
